Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Provide product information and recommendations to meet customer needs
• Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately

• Restock merchandise and ensure proper product placement
• Upsell products to maximize sales opportunities
• Resolve customer complaints or concerns in a timely and effective manner

Experience:

• Previous experience in retail sales or related field preferred
• Knowledge of POS systems and cash handling procedures
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Proficiency in English and Spanish; multilingual skills are a plus
