Our team partners with non-profits to increase awareness, drive customer engagement, and generate meaningful support through live events and outreach initiatives. We believe in the power of personal interaction, bringing brands to life through real conversations that inspire action and deliver measurable results. We're currently hiring a Brand Sales Associate to support our growing fundraising and customer outreach campaigns. This is an entry-level, customer-facing sales and fundraising role focused on engaging with the public at live events, retail activations, and community campaigns. As a Brand Sales Associate, you'll play a key role in connecting people to important causes and brands, helping drive donations, sign-ups, and customer participation through meaningful conversations. Key Responsibilities Represent nonprofit partners and brands at in-person events and outreach campaigns Engage directly with customers and community members to educate, inspire, and build support Drive donations, customer acquisitions, and campaign participation Clearly communicate campaign goals, impact, and value Build positive relationships with customers and donors Track daily results, campaign performance, and interactions Assist with event setup, breakdown, and logistics Work closely with team members to exceed campaign goals What We're Looking For Strong communication and interpersonal skills Friendly, outgoing, and confident personality Passion for working with people and supporting meaningful causes Goal-oriented with a motivation to succeed in a performance-based role Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-driven environment Full-time availability and reliable transportation to event locations
