We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-oriented Marijuana Budtender to join our team. As a Budtender, you will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting suitable cannabis products, providing information on various strains, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Your expertise in cannabis products and outstanding customer service skills will be key to excelling in this role.

Duties:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Educate customers on different cannabis products, including strains, potency, and consumption methods
• Provide recommendations based on customer preferences and needs
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge
• Adhere to all legal regulations regarding the sale of cannabis products

Skills:

• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong communication abilities
• Knowledge of cannabis products and strains
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and accuracy in cash handling
• Familiarity with POS systems
• Multilingual skills are a plus
