Student Social Media & Ice Cream Team Member Carnegie Hill Creamery - Upper East Side, Manhattan Part-Time | Approximately 20 Hours Per Week Love Instagram, TikTok, and great food? Looking for a fun part-time job where you can build your marketing skills while working in a neighborhood ice cream shop? Carnegie Hill Creamery is looking for an energetic, creative, and reliable student to become part of our team. This is a unique position that combines customer service with real-world social media marketing experience. Your Schedule Approximately 20 hours per week , including: 8-12 hours working in the store serving customers 8-12 hours creating and managing our social media content Must be available to work weekends and evenings. What You'll Do In the Store Serve ice cream, donuts, shakes, coffee, and other menu items Provide friendly customer service Keep the store clean, organized, and stocked Learn our products and help create a great guest experience Social Media Create Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other social media content Film and edit short videos and Reels Photograph products and customers (with permission) Develop creative promotions and campaigns Respond to comments and messages Schedule posts and maintain a content calendar Brainstorm new marketing ideas Help grow our online following and engagement Track basic performance metrics and suggest improvements We're Looking For Someone Who Loves social media and creating content Has a creative eye for photography and video Is comfortable talking to customers Is dependable and punctual Has a positive attitude Can work independently Is excited to learn about marketing and small business Enjoys ice cream and desserts!
