Sherwin-Williams, a global leader in the manufacturing and distribution of paints and coatings, is seeking a dedicated Field Store Associate to join our Retail Operations team. This role focuses on providing exceptional customer service and support in-store operations. The ideal candidate will assist in the daily operations of the store, ensuring that the sales floor remains stocked, tidy, and welcoming to our diverse range of customers. As a Field Store Associate, you will have the unique opportunity to learn about a variety of paint products and coatings, helping customers make informed decisions and promoting Sherwin-Williams as a brand of choice. Responsibilities Provide high-quality customer service by assisting customers in selecting products based on their needs. Stock and restock shelves with various products and supplies, ensuring all items are accurately priced and labeled. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store to ensure a welcoming environment for customers. Operate cash registers and handle financial transactions with accuracy. Participate in inventory counts and help manage stock levels to prevent overstock or shortages. Collaborate with team members to meet sales targets and contribute to promotional activities. Required Skills Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to lift and move heavy objects as required. Basic understanding of color theory and design principles. Proficiency in using retail management software. Effective problem-solving skills.
