In this role, you'll provide incredible service to our in-store and e-commerce customers by selecting, packing and staging orders containing a variety of our great-tasting products accurately and efficiently. You'll also help our customers select product offerings and submit their orders, while ensuring a seamless and positive pick-up experience for all. Be comfortable utilizing technology to fulfill customer orders and communicate through various platforms to select products that meet preferences and substitutions Accurately and efficiently fulfill customer orders and stage them in fulfillment area and process payments if necessary Help our customers by providing incredible service, answering questions about product offerings, providing solutions/suggestion and submitting orders for the customer Properly bag and store items to ensure products arrive at their destination in the best condition Help to maintain a clean, organized and well-stocked workspace
