The Good Feet Store is seeking motivated sales associates, or as well call them "Arch Support Specialists", to provide personalized consultations and recommend arch support solutions tailored to each client's needs. This is a high-energy, client-focused role with strong earning potential and meaningful impact. At The Good Feet Store, you're not just selling a product — you're helping people regain mobility, comfort, and confidence every day. We change people's lives two feet at a time! What You'll Do Conduct one-on-one consultations to understand client needs Recommend personalized product solutions and guide fittings Educate clients on the benefits of proper arch support Build trust, overcome objections, and close sales confidently Deliver exceptional customer experiences while achieving sales goals Compensation & Benefits Base pay: $20-23/hour + commission Expected annual earnings: $60,000-$80,000 Paid training and certification Medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, 401(k), vacation, sick, and holiday pay, and employee discounts No late nights - stores close at 6 PM daily! Requirements:

What We're Looking For Consultative sales experience required Commission-based or quota-driven sales background required Strong communication and relationship-building skills Proven ability to overcome pricing objections and close sales Competitive, goal-oriented mindset with a passion for helping people Weekend availability required (both Saturday and Sunday - our busiest days!) Physical Requirements Must be comfortable being on your feet for extended periods of time, bending, kneeling, lifting up to 30 lbs, and using ladders or step stools.
