Duties Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs, offering product demos and personalized recommendations Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system efficiently for transactions, including cash handling and processing payments Stock shelves, organize merchandise, and ensure the store remains clean, attractive, and well-merchandised Conduct upselling techniques to promote additional products and increase sales opportunities Manage inventory by stocking new items, conducting stock counts, and assisting with merchandising displays Provide excellent customer service by answering questions about products, store policies, and promotions Assist with cashiering duties while maintaining proper phone etiquette when handling inquiries or assisting customers over the phone Skills Strong communication skills to engage effectively with customers and team members in a bilingual environment if applicable Proven experience in retail sales or grocery store operations with a focus on customer satisfaction Familiarity with POS systems and basic math skills for cash handling and transaction accuracy Supervising experience is a plus for supporting team members during busy periods or training new associates Ability to perform merchandising tasks such as product demos, stocking, and visual displays confidently Knowledge of retail math concepts for sales tracking and inventory management Excellent phone etiquette coupled with strong interpersonal skills to foster positive customer interactions Join us to be part of a lively team dedicated to delivering memorable shopping experiences!
