The position of the Guest Care Associate is significant in that it represents the elite customer service experience our Salon strives to provide our guests with, as well as contributes to the overall productivity and professionalism of the business.

Job responsibilities include:

Accurately and efficiently navigating SalonBiz software to schedule, edit, or cancel appointments. Checking guests in/out for appointments. Opening/Closing the cash drawer. Operating a multi-line phone system to direct incoming and outgoing calls. Responding to emails and appointment requests in a timely manner. Greeting guests and offering beverages upon their arrival. Informing Hair Stylists when their guests aårrive. Educating current and prospective guests on available services. Maintaining cleanliness of all areas within the Salon. Assisting guests with retail purchases as necessary. Other duties may be assigned. In addition to the above duties, the ideal candidate must have: At least two years of customer service experience. At least one year of sales/retail experience. Professional phone and email etiquette. The ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
