Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Associate to join our team. This role involves developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our products and services, engaging with clients, and supporting sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for marketing, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Multilingual abilities and experience in sales or customer service are highly valued to enhance outreach and engagement efforts. Duties Develop and implement marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and retail environments Support outside sales efforts by engaging with potential clients and conducting product presentations Assist in sales administration tasks such as tracking leads, managing customer databases, and preparing sales reports Negotiate with clients to close sales deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements Conduct analysis of market trends and customer feedback to refine marketing strategies Coordinate benefits administration related to promotional offers or client incentives Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining positive client relationships Support telemarketing initiatives to generate new leads and promote products or services Ensure compliance with relevant regulations such as HIPAA when handling sensitive information in healthcare-related sectors Skills Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively articulate product benefits and negotiate deals Experience in outside sales, retail sales, or insurance sales preferred Multilingual or bilingual capabilities to reach diverse customer bases Proficiency in sales administration tools and analysis skills for market research and reporting Knowledge of marketing principles and strategies to drive brand awareness and engagement Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with HIPAA regulations is a plus for roles involving healthcare products or services This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about marketing, sales, and customer engagement to grow their careers within a supportive environment.
