Jewelry Associate

We are seeking a Part-Time Sales Associate to work in our Jewelry Department. The ideal candidate is responsible for providing outstanding customer service, making the customer feel welcome and important while ensuring their shopping experience is easy and enjoyable. Responsibilities:

Consistently greet customers and educate them on current promotions Recommend, select, and help locate or obtain merchandise based on customer needs and desires Be familiar with store inventory to provide customers with best product knowledge Foster repeat business by building relationships with customers Efficiently and accurately process sales transactions using register systems Resolve customer issues through aligning to the core values of trust, integrity and respect Maintain the proper display of merchandise in the store including window displays Maintains organization, and cleanliness in work area, counters and sales floor Processes and prepares merchandise for the sales floor ensuring all items are properly tagged, hung/placed and secured. Other duties as assigned Schedule Day Shift - Tuesday and Thursdays 10 am - 6 pm

Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred 1-2 years related experience preferred Position requires prolonged periods of standing/walking around store or department May involve reaching, crouching, kneeling, stooping and color vision Ability to work a flexible schedule with retail hours, including day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays Company Background Check
