We're looking for few dynamic individuals for the role of Customer Service. Previous work experience at The UPS Store, Staples, GameStop or FedEx is an asset but not required.

Pay:

•Preferred not required Retail customer service experience is Preferred Excellent customer service skills/Retail Sales experience, good computer skills (Word, excel, PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat) High school diploma or GED required Knowledge of graphic designing will be an asset (Adobe In-design, Photoshop, Illustrator)

•Preferred not required Customer Service Involves Delivers outstanding customer service to walk-in customers and telephone inquiries Receive and process packages for carriers including lifting and weighing of packages on scale, Accessing appropriate software, and correctly labeling packages Take ownership of the customer's shipping needs and offers viable solutions Operate copiers, fax machines, binding equipment, and all other office machines in a safe, efficient and productive manner Process transactions on POS system and accurately process Cash, Check and Debit/Credit Card transactions Close out cash at end of day including reconciliation of cash, check, credit/debit cards, and preparation of daily bank deposits Maintains a clean and safe working environment. Ability to lift approximate 25-50 pounds. All necessary training will be provided Acquire notary public within two months of employment Other duties as assigned' '
