As a Stock Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining store presentation, ensuring product availability, and providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities Ensure the freshness, accuracy, and quality of all products. Load and unload deliveries; set up and break down pallets. Replenish stock efficiently and accurately across all areas of the store. Provide outstanding customer service by assisting guests and promoting sales. Conduct inventory checks and restock as needed. Maintain Red Horse Market's standards for a clean, organized shopping environment. Perform seasonal exterior maintenance (e.g., shoveling snow, salting entrances). Follow store opening and closing procedures. Receive and inspect deliveries to verify accuracy and quality. Requirements Ability to lift 30-50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as standing, kneeling, stooping, and climbing stairs. Strong customer service skills with a professional, friendly demeanor. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail. Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced retail setting.
