In this role, you'll drive sales of band and orchestra instruments, rentals, accessories, and lessons while delivering exceptional customer service to students, parents, and educators. Responsibilities include guiding customers to the right instruments, processing rentals and sales, supporting school service programs, maintaining visual standards, and meeting performance goals. You'll collaborate with lesson staff and repair teams, support events and promotions, and help create a welcoming, educational, and music-focused store experience for the community.
