We are seeking an enthusiastic Powersports Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for selling major units such as motorcycles, ATVs, and other powersport vehicles. The ideal candidate will have a passion for motorsports, possess excellent communication skills, and be eager to provide exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities:

Sell Major Units:

Actively sell motorcycles, ATVs, and other powersport vehicles to customers. Provide product knowledge and demonstrate the features and benefits of each unit.

Customer Follow-up:

Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction, provide updates, and encourage repeat business.

Organization:

Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions. Manage and track inventory, and ensure all product information is up-to-date.

Showroom and Lot Maintenance:

Keep the showroom and lot clean, organized, and visually appealing to create a welcoming environment for customers.

Motorcycle License:

Ensure you have a valid motorcycle license to properly demonstrate vehicles to customers.

Qualifications:

Valid Motorcycle License required. Previous sales experience in powersports or a similar field is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Enthusiastic, positive attitude and passion for powersports. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Skills & Abilities:

Excellent customer service and sales skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to learn and retain technical product knowledge. Comfortable working outdoors and around motorized vehicles.

Work Environment:

Fast-paced sales environment. Primarily based in the showroom and on the sales lot. Must be comfortable working around motorized equipment and handling tools for showroom maintenance.

Job Type:

Full-time Pay:

$40,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
