What You'll Be Doing As a Retail/Bird Loft Associate, you'll play a vital role in creating a safe and engaging environment for both our feathered friends and our valued customers. Here's what your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Bird Care :

Feed, clean cages, and interact with our store and customer birds to ensure their well-being and happiness.

Customer Service :

Greet customers warmly, assist them with their shopping, and provide expert advice on their feathery needs.

Store Organization :

Stock shelves and organize products to keep the store running smoothly and ensure customers can easily find what they need.

Learn and Grow :

Broaden your bird knowledge on the job—ask all the bird questions! There's also an opportunity to grow your skills in grooming, sales, and more for potential pay increases. What We're Looking For We're seeking individuals who are passionate about animals and customer service. Here's what you'll need to succeed in this role:

Requirements :

A willingness to broaden your knowledge of birds and work with animals who may be unpredictable at times. The ability to lift up to 30 lbs (and larger items with assistance) to clean and move cages, both in box and assembled. Nice to

PM Saturday:

9:30 AM to 5:00

PM Monday, Wednesday:

Off unless otherwise discussed at least two weeks in advance.
