Duties Must be able to stand for 6-8 hours and bend down repeatedly Greet customers warmly and provide personalized assistance to enhance their shopping experience Demonstrate products through engaging product demos, explaining features and benefits clearly Assist customers with retail sales transactions using POS (Point of Sale) systems, ensuring accurate cash handling and cash drawer management Upsell complementary products and accessories to maximize sales opportunities Stock shelves, organize merchandise, and ensure the store is visually appealing through effective merchandising practices Maintain comprehensive product knowledge across all vaping devices, e-liquids, and accessories to answer customer inquiries confidently Conduct product demos and educate customers on proper usage, safety, and maintenance of vaping products Handle phone inquiries professionally, providing information or directing calls appropriately Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and participating in stock replenishment efforts Ensure compliance with store policies on age verification and responsible sales practices Experience Previous retail sales experience, preferably in a specialty or vape shop environment Supervising or team-leading experience is a plus, demonstrating leadership skills and the ability to oversee daily operations Strong communication skills with an emphasis on phone etiquette and customer engagement Familiarity with POS systems, cash register operations, and retail math for accurate transactions and cash handling Experience in upselling techniques to enhance sales performance Knowledge of retail store product knowledge, merchandising standards, and inventory management practices Basic math skills necessary for balancing cash drawers and processing transactions accurately Join us as a Vape Shop Attendant where your enthusiasm meets professional growth!
