Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits, helping customers make informed purchasing decisions. Manage stock levels by merchandising displays, stocking shelves efficiently, and ensuring products are well-organized and accessible. Handle cashiering duties including cash handling, processing transactions accurately, and maintaining balanced registers. Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, offering upselling opportunities, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Maintain knowledge of current retail trends and store promotions to effectively promote products and increase sales. Support team supervision by assisting with training new staff members and ensuring store policies are followed. Requirements Previous experience in retail sales or grocery store environments is preferred but not required; a passion for customer service is essential. Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and basic retail math to ensure accurate transactions. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively; bilingual abilities are a plus. Demonstrated supervising experience or leadership qualities to support team operations when needed. Ability to perform physical tasks such as stocking shelves, merchandising displays, and standing for extended periods. Excellent phone etiquette for handling inquiries professionally over the phone or in person.
