Full Job Description Overview:
Cable Ties Unlimited, located in Brunswick Ohio, is an emerging leader in the sales and distribution of cable ties and wire/cable management products. We are growing our team and looking for a results-oriented individual with strong attention to detail to assist our sales force as a Sales Support Representative. This position will assist in servicing our customers, support the sales teams in all activities including quoting, expediting sales orders, maintaining customer data in CRM and problem resolution. A strong candidate will have a solid background in using customer portals and have a natural ability to learn new systems. Cable Ties Unlimited is a family owned business who values our employees. - Provide exceptional level of customer service and support to sales team and customers.
- Oversee customer service in receiving and processing customer orders and assisting them as necessary to ensure timely delivery to customer.
- Efficiently enter orders, determine availability, pricing delivery methods, and special customer requirements. Check for accuracy and completeness.
- Work with related departments to set up new accounts, send out samples and maintain quote and pricing files.
- Maintain customer database.
- Actively involved in customer quotes and pricing with ability to provide suitable substitutions when necessary.
- Interact with sales and purchasing to inform them of products and sales problems.
- Follow-up with salesperson, customers or other departments about customers, orders or issues to resolution.
- Process returns and credit applications swiftly and accurately
- Provide reports and analysis of sales and other performance based measures.
- Prepare and distribute monthly sales reports.
- Answer phones and field calls to the appropriate division.
- Provide suggestions to department management for process improvements to continue superior customer service.
- Maintain the integrity of confidential business and product information.
- Performs all other duties as assigned.
Qualifications :
- Minimum 3 years of customer service experience in a consumer or industrial product industry.
- Action-Oriented, customer-focused, problem-solving self-starter who goes above and beyond to solve customer's concerns.
- Excellent written and communication skills.
- Detail oriented along with exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multi-task without sacrificing accuracy
- Ability to utilize leadership skills
- Ability to develop good working relationships with customers and other employees is essential to accomplish goals and objectives of the department.
- NetSuite experience is a plus
- CRM experience is a plus
