We've outlasted eight-tracks, carburetor engines, and about a dozen "revolutionary" inventory management systems. We're still here, still growing, and we need a Parts Counter pro to join our team. The Role You'll be the go-to person behind the counter — the one customers and technicians depend on when they need the right part, right now. If you've ever had a tech stare at you like you personally hid the part they need, you know this job. We're looking for someone who thrives in that environment (and maybe even enjoys it a little).

What You'll Do:

Assist retail and wholesale customers with parts lookups, sales, and orders Support our service department technicians with timely, accurate parts pulls Process invoices, returns, and special orders Maintain parts inventory accuracy — yes, the bin counts actually matter Build relationships with customers who will 100% ask for you by name once you've helped them twice What We Need From You This is the non-negotiable part (pun intended): ✅ Previous dealership parts experience is required. Not preferred. Required. If you've never navigated a DMS parts catalog at a franchise dealership, this isn't the role for you — yet. We love ambition, but we need someone who can hit the ground running, not someone learning what a supersession is on day one.

Other things that matter:
