Welcome customers and build strong relationships throughout the sales experience Listen to each customer's individual needs and help them select the right vehicle Present, demonstrate, promote, and sell vehicles using Performance sales techniques Provide knowledgeable information about vehicle features, options, and benefits Maintain consistent communication and follow up with prospective and existing customers Establish and achieve individual and dealership sales performance goals Assist customers throughout the entire purchase and delivery process Ensure customers understand their vehicle's operating features, warranty information, and applicable paperwork at delivery Maintain a professional, organized, and customer-focused sales environment Work collaboratively with other departments to provide an exceptional customer experience As a
