Job Summary
As a Reservation Center Associate, you will play a key role in assisting customers with their reservations and inquiries, ensuring a positive experience and efficient service delivery.
Responsibilities
Utilize Point of Sale (POS) system to process reservations and payments
Conduct product demonstrations to showcase services offered
Utilize upselling techniques to enhance customer experience
Operate cash register accurately for transactions
Communicate effectively with customers to address inquiries and provide assistance
Maintain stock levels of promotional materials and supplies
Demonstrate proficiency in basic math for transactions and inventory management
Experience
Prior experience in retail sales or customer service preferred
Proficiency in phone etiquette for handling customer calls
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Bilingual proficiency is a plus for catering to diverse customer needs
