Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them with product selections, providing detailed product demos when needed Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently for transactions, including cash handling and credit card processing Upsell additional products and services to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction Maintain attractive merchandise displays through merchandising and stocking to create an inviting shopping environment Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries or assisting customers remotely Skills Proven experience with POS systems and cash handling procedures Ability to perform product demos confidently and clearly communicate features and benefits Strong communication skills with a friendly, professional phone manner Skilled in upselling, merchandising, stocking, and retail math for accurate transactions Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering outstanding service!
