This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in maintaining an organized store, and can work independently while providing exceptional customer service to employees, residents, visitors, and staff. Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service to employees, residents, visitors, and staff. Operate the cash register and process customer purchases (or assist customers with purchases when applicable). Receive and organize deliveries. Stock shelves and rotate inventory. Keep the store clean, organized, and fully stocked. Ensure products are correctly priced and scanning properly. Monitor inventory levels and notify management when items need to be reordered. Answer customer questions and assist with product selection. Follow company policies and help maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming shopping environment. Qualifications Friendly, positive attitude with excellent customer service skills. Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy. Able to work independently with minimal supervision. Basic computer or point-of-sale (POS) experience is a plus. Able to lift up to 30 pounds and stand or walk for extended periods. Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required. Must be able to pass a fingerprint-based criminal background check, as required for employment within the medical facility. Schedule Part-time position. Consistent, scheduled weekly hours.
