Maple Heights, OH Job Details Part-time 9 hours ago Qualifications Customer communication Full Job Description We're looking for a friendly, dependable, and attentive Door Greeter to provide customers with a welcoming experience as they enter and leave the store. This position is an important part of our customer service team and helps maintain a safe, organized, and positive store environment.

Responsibilities:

Warmly greet and welcome customers as they enter the store Thank customers as they leave Check customer receipts as they exit the store in accordance with store procedures Compare receipts with merchandise when applicable and professionally address any discrepancies according to company policy Provide directions and help customers locate departments or merchandise Answer basic questions and direct customers to the appropriate team member when needed Remain attentive to activity around the entrance and exit Communicate concerns or unusual activity to management Keep the entrance, exit, and surrounding areas clean and organized Assist with shopping carts and baskets when needed Help maintain a smooth flow of customers entering and exiting the store Follow all company customer service, safety, and lossprevention procedures
