Floor Associates will also be cross-trained on the register and expected to serve as backup cashiers when needed.

Responsibilities:

Greet customers and provide friendly, helpful customer service Assist customers with locating merchandise and answering questions Stock and replenish merchandise throughout the sales floor Keep merchandise neat, organized, and properly displayed Recover and straighten assigned areas throughout the shift Return misplaced merchandise to the correct departments Maintain clean and organized aisles, displays, and fitting areas Monitor the sales floor and communicate customer or merchandise concerns to management Assist with price checks and other customer needs Help move processed merchandise from the back room to the sales floor Crosstrain on the cash register and serve as a backup cashier when needed Accurately process cash, credit, and debit transactions when assigned to the register Support other departments and team members as needed Follow all company safety, customer service, and lossprevention procedures

Friendly and customerservice focused Dependable and punctual Able to multitask and work in a fastpaced environment Willing to be crosstrained in different areas of the store Comfortable operating a cash register when needed Able to stand and walk for extended periods Able to bend, reach, lift, and move merchandise as required Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus, but not required The ideal candidate is a team player who is flexible and willing to work wherever needed, whether that means assisting customers, stocking and recovering the sales floor, or jumping on a register during busy periods.
