This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your sales skills while working in a fast-paced retail setting. Hour are Monday-Friday 7:30-5:30 Saturday 8-12 . Responsibilities Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or services Process sales transactions accurately using cash handling, cashiering, and retail math skills Assist customers with banking-related inquiries, including basic financial services and loan processing Manage cash management duties, including cash register operations and balancing cash drawers at shift end Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive shopping experience Maintain knowledge of current promotions, product features, and store policies to inform customers effectively Support inventory management through stock replenishment and merchandise displays Qualifications Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required; enthusiasm is key! Basic math skills including retail math, cash handling, and 10 key typing proficiency Familiarity with financial software or point-of-sale systems is a plus Strong communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of banking or financial services is advantageous but not mandatory Reliable team player committed to delivering outstanding customer experiences Embark on a rewarding journey where your energy fuels success!
