Essential Duties Customer Service & Sales Answer incoming calls politely and direct them to the right person. Assist customers with choosing merchandise and completing order forms. Verify customer information and schedule delivery times. Follow up with customers within three days of delivery to ensure satisfaction. Payments & Records Enter all payments into the computer (in-store, delivery, or mailed payments). Maintain responsibility for the cash drawer. Create and maintain customer folders with up-to-date information. Complete rental/lease agreements and enter them into the system. Showroom & Inventory Spend the first two hours of each day cleaning, organizing, and pricing the showroom. Make sure products are clean, tagged, working, and ready for demonstration. Prepare returned merchandise to be showroom-ready within 48 hours. Ensure all pricing follows company guidelines. Deliveries Prepare items at least one hour before scheduled delivery. Help plan delivery routes to reduce time and cost. Advertising & Promotions Understand current advertising campaigns and explain them clearly to customers. Help maintain in-store advertising and hand-billing programs. Other Duties Keep track of remote controls and owner's manuals for all inventory. Assist in finding creative ways to attract new customers and increase agreements. Requirements High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience. One year of retail experience. Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. Required Skills Strong accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to follow verbal and written instructions. Ability to handle customer conflicts professionally. After training, strong knowledge of store electronics and mechanical products. Efforts, Demands, and Conditions Work mainly in the store, with occasional work in customer homes. Frequent walking, standing, bending, lifting, and using a hand truck. Work with cleaning supplies and chemicals. Must manage multiple tasks, adapt to changes, and work under pressure. Extra hours before or after regular business hours may be required. Must handle the stress of working with customers and various situations. Attendance at company or Premier Corp. training sessions may be needed. Relationships Frequent interaction with customers, coworkers, and management. Occasional interaction with suppliers and service partners. Must communicate clearly and professionally with supervisors and peers.
