PC Workshop, Inc. (501(c)3 Non-Profit) Position Summary The Retail Associate supports the daily operations of the PC Workshop retail store, Limitless. This role provides excellent customer service, maintains store appearance, and processes sales. The associate works alongside and helps support individuals with developmental disabilities in a retail training environment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Customer Service & Sales Greet customers warmly as they enter the store Assist shoppers in finding and selecting retail items Operate the cash register and point-of-sale (POS) system Process cash, credit, and debit card transactions accurately Store Operations & Merchandising Stock shelves, racks, and displays with processed merchandise Organize and clean the sales floor and counters Price items according to established organization guidelines. Rotate inventory regularly to keep displays fresh and appealing, by moving merchandise displays Mission Support Model positive work habits for individuals in job training Maintain a patient, inclusive, and encouraging store environment Promote the PC Workshop mission to customers and donors Will document the day's activities Requirements & Qualifications Experience in retail, customer service, or cashiering preferred Passion for supporting individuals with developmental disabilities Basic math skills for handling cash and making change Strong communication and interpersonal skills Works well under pressure Ability to pass required background checks and drug test Must be able to stand for long periods of time Must be able to lift up to 50 Ibs Must be able to climb on a ladder or step ladder Basic computer skills
Certifications:
Willing to be trained in CPR and First Aid (PC Workshop provides training)

12:00 PM•4:00 PM Attendance & Availability Requirements Full Availability Required Candidates must be completely available to work during all posted operating hours. Pre-Open and Post-Close Shifts Position duties extend beyond public hours. Reliability is required for mandatory pre-opening preparation and post-closing procedures.
Pay:
$8.00•$1,000.00 per hour
