Training and shifts begin starting 2nd week of September! Apply immediately for best chance of being hired. We are looking for people who are passionate about skiing or snowboarding who work hard and enjoy dealing with customers one on one. No experience in winter sports sales necessary- we will train you! We are the Midwest's #1 Ski and Snowboard shop so customer service and great employees is a key to our success. You'll learn a ton about the industry and gain great experience in selling premium products. Great discounts on merchandise, gear, lift tickets are some of the benefits of working for us. We also hire associates specifically for the clothing and accessory departments as well as service techs for tuning and mounting skis & snowboards. We are looking for sales associates for Skis, Snowboards, Clothing, and Accessories. Some staff members only work in 1-2 of those departments- some work in all of them. We are very flexible based on your comfort level and product knowledge. We work with you on a flexible part time schedule depending on your availability. Full time 40 hours per week seasonal positions also available. Also, great performing employees have the option of possibly being hired for a full time year round position with benefits. Rates shown are ranges and include some sales commission as part of the estimated wage. Some of our multi-year veterens can make $20 or more per hour b/c of sales expertise and experience. •Note- This job may continue for those who want it through next spring and summer and can be a part time year round position (or even full time year round w/benefits) and you would transition to another department in the spring and summer. We are also hiring for Part-Time Ski Tech (mounting and tuning skis) that works evenings and weekends. Note that on your application if interested. Requirements Age 16 & Older with Vehicle Passionate Skier & Snowboarder Available minimum 3-time slots per week through Mid March Available to work throughout winter break (3-time slots minimum)
