In this role, you'll deliver Wicked Awesome Customer Service (WACS), help maintain Clean and Bright Stores (CABS), and prepare our FResh, Delicious, and ReaDY (FREDDY) food items where applicable. What You'll Do Greet guests and provide friendly, efficient service Accurately process transactions and handle payments Stock, rotate, and merchandise products Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment Prepare and serve food items following company standards (where applicable) Support team members to ensure smooth daily operations Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines What We're Looking For Friendly, positive attitude and strong customer service skills Reliable, dependable, and team-oriented Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Willingness to learn and follow company standards Retail or food service experience is a plus, but not required

Requirements:

High School Diploma or G.E.D. Preferred 1 year of experience in food service restaurant or at the C-Store of QSR level. Achieving level 1 ServSafe Certification Must be able to work with minimum amount of supervision under stressful conditions

Physical Demands and Environmental Condition Requirements Occasional:

Walking, lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs., pushing and pulling, climbing, stooping, forward bending, squatting, reaching, use of hands and feet, exposure to hot and cold temperatures, weather, atmospheric conditions.
