Our Reynoldsburg, Westerville, and Dublin locations are looking to fill management roles. Responsibilities Support the Store Manager in all aspects of daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures Lead, motivate, and supervise team members to achieve store goals and deliver excellent customer service Participate in recruiting, hiring, and training new employees to maintain optimal staffing levels Maintain high standards of merchandising and visual presentation throughout the store Buy and price gently used clothing and accessories according to company guidelines Ensure compliance with operational policies and procedures, including loss prevention Communicate daily and weekly goals to the team and monitor progress toward objectives Step into the Store Manager role as needed during their absence Qualifications At least 1 year of management experience in retail, restaurant, or other fast-paced environments Sales-driven, goal-oriented, and demonstrates high integrity Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills Ability to manage time effectively and adapt to changing priorities Capable of frequent walking, standing, stooping, climbing ladders, pushing, and repetitive lifting Able to regularly lift up to 40 lbs and visually inspect merchandise Available to work 40 hours per week, including at least 2 nights and rotating weekends Must be able to drive during assigned shifts to perform banking functions Benefits Competitive salary and bonus opportunities Outstanding health, dental, and vision benefits Generous employee discount at all company brand stores Paid holidays and closed on all major holidays Paid time off (PTO) Company-paid short-term and long-term disability 401(k) with company match Flexible schedules Employee referral and anniversary programs Opportunities for growth and professional development with a strong promote-from-within culture Offered compensation: $13/hr
