Key Responsibilities Quality of Work Customer and Team Interactions Greet every customer with a friendly, helpful attitude. Create positive shopping experiences by offering knowledgeable assistance and warm service. Work well with teammates to maintain a cooperative and upbeat environment. Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally, seeking help from a manager when needed. Store Presentation Keep displays neat, clean, and fully stocked. Follow store guidelines for merchandising and visual standards. Take pride in maintaining the appearance of the sales floor, counters, and common areas. Product Knowledge and Procedures Learn about Malley's products and current promotions to assist customers with recommendations. Follow all store policies and procedures, including cash handling and safety practices. Ask questions and seek clarification when unsure of store procedures. Complete assigned tasks thoroughly and on time to help meet team objectives. Autonomy and Initiative Take ownership of responsibilities and follow through without constant direction.
