Compensation & Benefits Monthly Base Pay plus Commission/Compensation on every vehicle sold Final compensation structure can be discussed directly with qualified candidates during the interview process. Responsibilities Customer Engagement:

Engage with potential customers through outbound calls, in-person interactions, and digital channels to generate new sales opportunities and expand the dealership's customer base.

Relationship Building:

Build strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs, offering tailored automotive solutions, and providing expert guidance on vehicle features and financing options.

Deal Closing:

Conduct effective negotiations to close high-end passenger car sales, ensuring mutual satisfaction and long-term loyalty.

Pipeline Management:

Manage and nurture a robust sales pipeline using CRM systems to track leads, follow-ups, and deal progress.

Upselling:

Offer additional products and services—such as extended warranties, accessories, or maintenance packages—to maximize customer value and dealership revenue.

Showroom Operations:

Collaborate with the sales team to support inventory management, organize test drives, and optimize showroom displays for maximum impact. Posting inventory on facebook and our DMS internal software.

Professional Communication:

Maintain excellent phone etiquette and client communication skills to ensure a top-tier experience from initial contact through deal closing.

Requirements Experience:

Proven experience in automotive or retail sales with a track record of achieving or exceeding targets in a fast-paced environment.

Sales & Negotiation:

Exceptional negotiation skills coupled with the ability to close deals confidently and ethically.

Languages:

Bilingual abilities (Spanish preferred) are highly desirable.

Organization & CRM:

Strong organizational skills to manage multiple leads simultaneously using CRM tools.

Industry Knowledge:

Knowledge of automotive financing options, inventory control, and dealership operations is preferred.

Outbound Sales:

Prior experience with outbound prospecting and cold calling is an advantage.
