Maintain clean and organized sales floor displays, stock shelves, and ensure products are properly labeled. Use retail software systems to enter data, process transactions, and update inventory records efficiently. Support retail lending activities by explaining financial products and assisting with loan processing or collections when necessary. Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring customer satisfaction at every touchpoint. Experience Previous retail sales experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key! Familiarity with banking or financial services adds value to your ability to assist customers effectively. Basic math skills are essential for handling cash transactions, balancing registers, and performing retail calculations. Experience with data entry or using financial software helps streamline daily operations. Strong customer service background demonstrates your ability to connect with diverse clients and handle inquiries professionally. Knowledge of loan collections or processing is a plus but can be learned on the job through training opportunities.
