Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Automotive Sales Professional to join our dealership team. This role is responsible for managing the full sales process from initial customer contact through delivery, working both internet and in-store opportunities across new and used vehicle sales . The ideal candidate has a strong track record in automotive sales, excels at building rapport, handling objections, and closing deals, and is comfortable working both fresh and follow-up opportunities. This position offers a structured environment with consistent lead flow, CRM support, and strong earning potential for high performers. Compensation & Schedule Competitive compensation structure (base + commission + bonuses) based on performance 40+ hours per week , including Saturdays Fully on-site position Schedule may include rotating shifts based on dealership needs Responsibilities Manage the full sales cycle from lead to delivery, including greeting customers, needs assessment, vehicle presentation, test drives, and closing Work both internet leads and showroom traffic , ensuring all opportunities are handled promptly and professionally Utilize VinSolutions CRM to track customer interactions, follow-ups, and deal progress Follow up with unsold customers to generate repeat opportunities and maximize closing percentage Present pricing, payment options, and product features clearly and confidently Maintain strong product knowledge across new and used inventory Collaborate with management to structure deals and finalize transactions Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the buying process to drive referrals and repeat business Maintain accurate notes and activity within CRM to support pipeline management Requirements Proven experience in automotive sales is required Strong closing skills with the ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively Experience working both internet leads and walk-in traffic Familiarity with CRM systems; VinSolutions experience is a plus Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple customers and opportunities simultaneously Self-motivated with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales goals Professional appearance and customer-first mindset Onboarding, Growth & Advancement In-store management support during onboarding and training Ongoing coaching, deal support, and performance feedback High earning potential with pay growth tied to performance Advancement opportunities into senior sales roles, finance, or management Who Thrives Here This role is ideal for individuals who are: Highly motivated by commission-based earnings Strong closers who are confident in negotiation and deal-making Comfortable working both internet and showroom customers Process-driven while still adaptable in a fast-paced environment Focused on results, accountability, and continuous improvement
Pay:
$36,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
