Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently for retail sales transactions and cash register operations Handle cash handling duties accurately, including cash drawer handling and basic math calculations for transactions Upsell additional products or accessories to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction Stock shelves, organize displays, and participate in merchandising efforts to keep the store inviting and well-presented Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries via phone etiquette and in person with clear communication skills Assist with inventory management, including stocking new merchandise and conducting stock checks Supervise or support team members as needed, demonstrating supervising experience to foster a collaborative environment Skills Proficiency with POS systems and retail math for accurate transactions Strong communication skills and friendly phone etiquette to engage customers effectively Ability to perform retail sales tasks confidently, including upselling and product demos Knowledge of retail store product knowledge and merchandising techniques Bilingual abilities are a plus for connecting with diverse customer bases Demonstrated ability to handle cash register operations, cash handling, and cashiering responsibilities with accuracy Excellent customer service skills to create positive shopping experiences Familiarity with stock management, inventory procedures, and basic retail math calculations Embark on a rewarding journey with us where your energy fuels success!
