The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and motivating a sales team, developing strategies to increase sales and profits, and managing customer relationships. The Sales Manager will also be expected to analyze sales data, identify trends, and develop plans to maximize sales performance. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual to join a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales strategies to meet company goals. Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives. Monitor sales performance and provide feedback to team members. Analyze customer data and trends to identify opportunities for growth. Develop customer relationships and build loyalty. Create reports on sales performance and metrics. Train and onboard new sales representatives.

Pay:

$13.00 - $16.00 per year
