Job Description
Reba's Place is a restaurant and entertainment venue in Atoka, OK, inspired by music icon Reba McEntire. Our third-floor retail store offers guests a unique shopping experience featuring merchandise, keepsakes, and collectibles tied to the Reba's Place brand and story. Position Summary We're looking for a friendly, outgoing Retail Associate to work in our third-floor store. This person will be the face of our retail experience — welcoming guests, sharing the story behind Reba's Place, and helping visitors find the perfect souvenir or gift. Responsibilities Greet and engage every guest with warmth and genuine hospitality Answer questions about products, pricing, and the history of Reba's Place Process sales accurately using the POS system Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and well-stocked Restock merchandise and help with inventory counts Set up and maintain visual displays Handle returns/exchanges per store policy Report low stock or damaged merchandise to management Assist with opening/closing duties as scheduled Requirements Friendly, approachable personality — comfortable talking with guests of all ages Reliable and punctual Basic math and cash-handling skills Ability to stand/walk for full shifts and lift up to 50lbs Retail or customer service experience preferred, not required Weekend and evening availability a plus
