Job Description
Job Overview Join our vibrant retail team as a Retail Sales Associate, where your enthusiasm and customer-focused mindset will drive sales and enhance the shopping experience. In this energetic role, you will engage with customers, assist with product selection, manage stock and merchandising, and provide expert advice. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service to foster a welcoming shopping environment Assist customers with product inquiries Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for cashiering, cash handling, and retail math calculations Maintain organized merchandising displays and ensure shelves are stocked with seasonal and popular items Support inventory management through stocking, inventory counts, and stock rotation Promote store promotions and special offers to maximize sales opportunities Ensure cleanliness and organization of the sales floor to create an inviting shopping experience Experience Previous retail sales experience preferred, Strong communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are an advantage for serving diverse customers Experience using POS systems for transactions and cash handling confidently Excellent organizational skills for managing stock levels and merchandising displays Passion for customer service with a proactive attitude toward sales growth and product knowledge development
