This role serves as the first point of contact for all patients and plays a crucial role in making a positive first impression on new and returning patients. Demonstrating genuine care, exceptional service, and providing accurate, curated insights to meet the needs of our patients are the foundations of this position.

Note:

Pay is a base, hourly wage, with shared tips paid out every Sunday.

Responsibilities Welcome and Assist Patients:

Greet patients warmly and help them select products that meet their specific needs. Educate on

Products:

Provide detailed information about products, including different terpenes, cannabinoids, their effects, and potential benefits.

Handle Transactions:

Perform cash transactions accurately and efficiently.

Maintain Store Organization:

Keep the store clean and organized, ensuring products are adequately stocked and attractively displayed.

Promote Current Offers:

Stay informed about current promotions and discounts, and inform patients accordingly.

Inventory Management:

Assist with routine stock checks and log products that are low or need to be reordered.

Stay Informed:

Continuously update your knowledge of our product offerings, and be attentive of new arrivals and industry trends.

Experience Retail Experience:

Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred, especially within the cannabis industry.

Cash Handling Skills:

Proficient in performing accurate cash transactions, as the majority of purchases are made with cash.

Product Familiarity:

Knowledge of both cannabis and non-cannabis products such as vaporizers, water pipes, and other accessories is beneficial.

Sales Techniques:

Experience with gentle upselling techniques, such as highlighting BOGO (Buy One, Get One) or bundle deals on products, as well as the "Four P's" of Marketing is favorable. Passion for

A genuine interest in cannabis products and a willingness to learn and study aspects that are unfamiliar.

Age Requirement:

Must be at least 21 years old and comply with all Oklahoma state laws regarding cannabis sales.

Legal Compliance:
