Dispensary Associate / Budtender We are seeking a dependable, friendly, and organized individual to join our dispensary team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and help keep the dispensary clean, organized, and fully stocked.

Preferred Qualifications:

Six months to one year of related experience preferred Experience using METRIC preferred Basic computer knowledge and confidence using computers throughout the workday Strong communication and customer-service skills Excellent time-management and organizational skills Dependable, punctual, and able to complete assigned duties on schedule Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Must be able to pass a background check Must possess both required medical marijuana cards listed above

Job Responsibilities:

Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service Assist customers with product questions and purchases Operate computers and dispensary point-of-sale systems Restock products and supplies as needed Keep displays, counters, and work areas clean and organized Monitor inventory and communicate when products need to be restocked Accurately complete assigned tasks and daily responsibilities Follow all store policies and applicable medical marijuana regulations Use strong time-management skills to balance customer service, cleaning, restocking, and other duties Work cooperatively with other team members to maintain an efficient and welcoming environment We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, manages their time well, and is willing to help wherever needed. Reliability, professionalism, attention to detail, and a positive attitude are essential for this position.

Pay:

$10.00 - $12.00 per hour
