  • Full-time Sales Associate Sam Wampler's Freedom Ford Eufaula is looking for a motivated and dependable Sales Associate to join our growing team.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, has a positive attitude, and wants to build a career in automotive sales. Previous sales or dealership experience is helpful, but not required. We are willing to train the right person. Responsibilities Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner Help customers select the right new or pre-owned vehicle based on their needs Follow up with internet leads, phone calls, text messages, and showroom traffic Learn vehicle features, Ford products, and dealership processes Build relationships with customers before, during, and after the sale Maintain strong product knowledge and stay up to date on current inventory Work with the sales management team to provide a great customer experience Qualifications Strong communication and people skills Positive attitude and willingness to learn Dependable, motivated, and coachable Comfortable using a phone, computer, and basic technology Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Valid driver's license required Automotive sales experience is a plus, but not required Pay Plan Volume-based sales pay plan Paid training and ongoing support Opportunity to grow with performance Competitive earning potential Schedule Full-time 5-day work week One scheduled day off during the week Saturdays required: 8:00 AM
