Overview We are seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Marijuana Budtender to join our team. As a Budtender, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and guiding clients through their cannabis purchasing experience. Your expertise in cannabis products will help customers make informed choices, ensuring they receive the best products to meet their needs. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide a welcoming atmosphere. Educate customers about various cannabis strains, products, and their effects. Assist customers in selecting products based on their preferences and needs. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using a cash register or POS system. Maintain an organized and stocked sales floor, ensuring all products are displayed properly. Answer customer inquiries with professionalism and clarity, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette. Ensure compliance with all state regulations regarding the sale of cannabis products. Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and safe work environment. Skills Strong basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transactions. Previous experience in retail sales or grocery store environments is preferred. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members. Ability to operate cash registers and POS systems proficiently. Knowledge of cannabis products is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided. Strong organizational skills to manage stock levels and product displays effectively.
