Conduct product demos to showcase features and benefits, encouraging additional purchases through upselling techniques. Maintain organized merchandising displays and ensure shelves are stocked with fresh, attractive products. Assist in stocking shelves, organizing inventory, and managing stock levels to support store operations. Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when handling inquiries or assisting customers remotely. Support the store team by supervising junior staff when needed, ensuring smooth daily operations and excellent service delivery. Experience Prior retail sales experience is preferred, especially within grocery stores or similar fast-paced environments. Bilingual skills are a valuable asset for communicating effectively with diverse customer groups. Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and basic retail math is essential for accurate transactions. Experience in supervising or leading team members helps in supporting store operations and mentoring new associates. Strong communication skills combined with a friendly attitude are key to building rapport with customers.
