Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic part-time Customer Service Associate / Budtender to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. Your responsibilities will include handling transactions, assisting customers with inquiries, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. We value individuals who can communicate effectively and contribute to a friendly and efficient retail environment. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs. Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the cash register. Maintain a clean and organized checkout area. Stock shelves and ensure products are displayed properly. Communicate product information and promotions to customers. Upsell products when appropriate to enhance customer satisfaction. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly. Utilize basic math skills for cash handling and retail math tasks. Qualifications Previous experience in customer service or retail sales is preferred. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual abilities are a plus. Basic math proficiency for accurate transaction processing. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Experience with stock management and product displays is advantageous. A positive attitude with a commitment to providing excellent customer service. Willingness to learn about products and services offered in-store.
