Job Overview As a Pro Shop Attendant, you will play a vital role in enhancing the customer experience at our facility. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting with sales, and ensuring the pro shop is well-stocked and organized. This position requires a friendly demeanor, strong communication skills. Duties Greet customers and assist them with their inquiries regarding products and services. Process sales transactions accurately while handling cash and credit card payments. Engage in upselling techniques to promote additional products and services to customers. Maintain an organized and visually appealing pro shop environment by restocking shelves and arranging merchandise. Provide knowledgeable recommendations on products based on customer needs and preferences. Maintain clean appearance in Pro Shop/Snackbar Experience Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred, ideally within a similar environment. Strong cash handling skills with basic math proficiency for accurate transaction processing. A passion for sports or familiarity with sporting goods can enhance your ability to assist customers effectively.
