The UPS Store is looking for dependable, customer-focused individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced retail environment. As a Store Associate, you'll provide outstanding customer service while assisting customers with shipping, packing, printing, mailbox services, and business solutions. Every day brings new opportunities to learn, grow, and make a difference. What You'll Do Deliver exceptional customer service in a professional and friendly manner. Assist customers with UPS, USPS, Amazon Returns, Happy Returns, and other shipping and return services. Professionally pack items for safe shipment. Process shipping transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS) and shipping systems. Operate printing and finishing equipment for business and personal printing projects. Recommend products and services that best meet customers' needs. Maintain an organized, clean, and well-stocked store environment. Handle cash and process transactions accurately. Follow company policies, operational procedures, and safety standards. Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily goals. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Retail, customer service, or sales experience is preferred but not required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer, keyboarding, and math skills. Dependable, punctual, and committed to providing outstanding customer service. Physical Requirements The essential functions of this position include: Moving, lifting, carrying, and handling packages weighing up to 50 pounds , with or without reasonable accommodation.
