Pacific Rack is looking to add to our growing business. We're primarily a retailer of vehicle racks racks and related accessories

• selling both online and in-store. The store can often faced paced and quite fun with a lot going on. Main duties for the position include:
• Helping customers (customer service) in shop, by email and on the phone
• answer questions about our products, orders, issues, etc.
• Unboxing, Assembly and installing racks
• no experience necessary
• but general comfort with basic hand tools is preferable.
• Processing online orders for shipping and receiving.
• General warehouse duties including setting up displays, moving boxes, clean-up, etc.
• Basically everyone does a little of everything so its not one repetitive task and rarely boring.
• Ability to lift and bend
• while we use carts and dollies, but ability to lift, reach, etc.

We're looking for someone who is able to work independently, willing to learn, organized and is comfortable with a wide range of shop tasks. Flexible with hours in general, part-time to start with growth opportunity as far as you want to go, hours would be anytime T-F 10-6 and Sat 12-4.
