Job Responsibilities:

Provide outstanding and memorable customer service to everyone who walks through our doors Provide styling insight to customers Be knowledgeable about all our brands and be able to share that knowledge with our customers Receive and process arriving inventory in a timely and accurate manner Respond to customer inquiries/questions online via our multiple communications channels Work within Shopify's suite to meet product and digital merchandising needs Facilitate customer special orders and holds Work with Shopify POS to facilitate in-store sales Fulfill online orders accurately and to Porterhouse standards Be able to accomplish the daily opening and closing duties, including cash handling, cleaning, maintenance, and shop organization Take on and complete additional projects provided by management What we're looking for: 2 days/week of availability - Fri/Sat, Sat/Sun, or Sun/Mon. Additional shifts may be available in the future for the right candidate. Professional retail and/or customer service experience The ability to easily engage in conversation with customers Self-motivated with an ability to take direction, multi-task, and contribute to company growth Ability to contribute in a small team environment Strong attention to detail with thorough follow-up skills A positive, goal-oriented attitude Comfortable standing for long periods of time; can lift up to 20 pounds Extra consideration will be given to a candidate who has familiarity and enthusiasm for our brand roster Knowledge of Shopify is a big plus Compensation +
